About Scott Sadler
I'm Scott Sadler — an ICF Professional Certified Coach, executive and life coach helping leaders and teams navigate change and growth through human-centered, emotionally intelligent coaching.
With over two decades of experience, I've coached hundreds of leaders across financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, nonprofit, and professional services — at every level of the organization. My clients include C-suite executives, vice presidents, directors, high-potential emerging leaders, EOS leadership teams, and board members.
My path started with entrepreneurship in 1989, evolved into professional coaching in 2004, and deepened when I stepped into the Chief People Officer role — where I experienced firsthand what it takes to build leadership culture from the inside.
Today, I work exclusively with leaders and organizations who are ready to invest in the kind of development that moves the business and the leader forward. My coaching is grounded in strengths-based development, emotional intelligence, and a deep respect for the humans behind the titles.
