For 25 years Scott Sadler has been coaching leaders like you. I believe that exceptional leadership starts from the inside out. With decades of executive experience and certifications in life and executive coaching, I help leaders and teams unlock their full potential by blending emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and systems-based thinking.

My Background

I bring a wealth of knowledge from my role as Chief People Officer at Maps Credit Union, where I’ve focused on developing teams, driving organizational culture, and leading with compassion to my private practice that I opened in 2004 where I have worked with thousands of people coaching and training them toward their best performance and quality of life. My certifications in executive coaching, life coaching, sylvotherapy (Forest Bathing), Gallup strengths, emotional intelligence, breath coaching and mindfulness combined with a lifelong commitment to my own professional and personal development, gives me the passion and skills to help you thrive in times of uncertainty or growth.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking in the mountains, paddling in local waters, golfing, practicing yoga, cooking and enjoying craft beer great wine, traveling and vinyl records. These experiences ground me and remind me of the beauty of balance—a value I strive to bring to every coaching
